Classes/study groups in Manhattan area?

Hello: I had previously taken a few classes in college during my year abroad in Galway. I never knew a lot, but would like to learn again in a classroom setting if possible.

    I would try the Irish Cultural Center (I think that is the name, or something very much like it) over on the west side. I forget exactly where it is, but it is only a couple of blocks from the Landmark Tavern. There's a guy named Alexei who is a great teacher as well as others there.
